Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am a stay home Mom and was looking for something to do part time and earn some extra money. Before I bought my machines ( 10 of them), I had several conversations via phone and email with my " rep" Tom. Who assured me he would be calling all the time to help me get my business going. He said he works with a Locator who does a wonderful job of locating machines.

The Locating company never returned any of my calls, tooks weeks to return my emails AND I supplied them with 17 zip codes and a list of 35 companies that I provided to them!! After almost two months the DID NOT LOCATE ONE MACHINE FOR US..................This has been a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend UTurn to anyone who wants to get in to the vending business........

First of all, to the person who said to avoid U-Turn Vending because the locater company did a bad job is a moron. When you purchase machines from U-Turn vending they have you read and sign a disclosure, in addition to telling you over the phone that the locater companies they recommend are companies they have personally used. The companies are in no way related to U-Turn vending. Second of all, in several phone conversations I had with Tom he said the best thing to do is go out and talk to local business owners yourself and explain what you're doing, what charity is sponsoring your machines, and ask if you can place a machine in their business. If you're not willing to do a little work you will NEVER succeed at your own business. In addition, you need to be willing to service your machines on a regular basis. If you're not willing to place them in the first place then I doubt you would actually follow up on a regular basis to refill products and empty quarters. These machines don't have a direct deposit option. You also need to pay attention to how much money each product in each machine is making you. Thats how you can tell what is working and what is not working. If something doesn't work, then change it. If a machine is not working then move it to a different location. Not all locations will lead to tons of quarters. I have done a lot of research into other companies and U-Turn is the only one I saw who will fly you to their headquarters in Idaho Falls for a training class and tour of their factory. They are also one of the few companies I saw who did not have some sort of disclaimer saying that they can't sell their machines in certain states. Companies based out of New York and Florida among other places have been barred by numerous states from even selling their garbage in that state. The last thing I want to say is that you should be sure you do research before investing ANY money in a business opportunity. They are not guaranteed to make money, and even when its something like a bulk vending machine, ANY business will take a great deal of effort on your part if you want it to succeed. You will NOT succeed in every business idea you try, otherwise everyone in the country would own their own business. It takes many tries and many failures before you get it right. The best way to get it right is to keep trying and learn from your previous mistakes. Don't blame the company who supplied your products because you failed. Take responsibility for yourself and you will be more likely to succeed. I am a current customer of U-Turn vending and had a very good experience purchasing machines from U-Turn Vending.

I am a current employee of U-Turn Vending and we are working with Robin to help her find a locating company that will locate her machines. I want to stress that Robin's problem has been with the locating company primarily. Unfortunately there was a breakdown in communication between Robin and our company in the past but thankfully she has contacted us now with her complaints and we are working to help her resolve them. Our company strives to resolve any issues that may come up to the satisfaction of our customers. We do not leave any complaints unresolved. We have been in business over 19 years and have many satisfied customers running their own vending business with help and guidance from us. We appreciate Robin as a customer and will continue to assist her in any way possible. Any customer with problems or questions please call us for assistance at 1-800-584-8887.
