UTURN Vending TOTAL RIP OFF Idaho falls, Idaho
I bought two machines (terminators) in April of this year, I spoke with a rep at UTurn called "Tyler Garn". After being solicited by him for over a month and even though I had some suspisions and reservations I agreed to buy two machines to start with and as soon as they were placed I would buy several more. The machines arrived and I contacted Tyler Garn to get the numbers of "locators" who would help me place the machines; unfortunately the first three either had gone out of business or would not return my calls. After two weeks of calling Tyler Garn back I finally reached him and he provided me with the names of two more locators I contacted both of them; the first one wanted me to pay them money upfront (I looked them up in DNB and googled them) the first one had been sued several times and had changed their names often to avoid litigation. The second company agreed to locate the first two machines for me and promised they would do so with in a couple weeks...well three months later no response and I can not longer reach them. I tried calling Tyler Garn back ...he is NEVER in the office...what do ya think...just always sick..my bad luck or do ya think he is part of a scam and trying to avoid my calls???
I tried to locate the machines myself, I have gone to ovr 100 restaurants, offices and laundries without success..
My conclusion...this is a total rip off...I realize that we are all trying to make money during this depression but don't waste your money or your time with these thieves!

I spoke with agents of UTURN VENDING and was able to resolve all of the problems that I had with the company and the products, I have located an "honest" locator and my machines will be located very soon.
I am in sales myself and I hate having to log a complaint against any company; when I made the original complaint it was out of total desperation, but I am happy to report that I was contacted by UTURN VENDING, spoke with a couple agents and they resolved my problems to my satisfaction.
