Complaint Review: UworkUdrive - Staten Island New York

I know I said I was finished, but I am after this. I have tried calling Frank Falco, to pick out my car and to get my loan as his rebuttal indicated. So far, NOTHING. I guess I missed my 48hr. timeframe (was out-of-town). I only have a few words to say to Frank Falco and then I am totally finished with this: LIAR, LIAR, PANTS ON FIRE!!!!!

I have tried to contact Frank Falco, the vice-present of UworkUdrive who wrote the rebuttal of my complaint. I left a message for him to call me and I have heard nothing. Mr. Falco did call me on 8/21 @ 5:14 p.m. I was out-of-town and didn't get the call until late Sunday. I called him late Monday and left a message for him to call me. No one called, as usual. He said that I didn't cooperate with him, although I did call and give Infiniti rep all the answers to his questions. Here is a list of their calls: 8/16 @ 8:34 p.m; 8/19 @ 3:30 p.m.; 8/19 @ 5:52 p.m. and his call on 8/21 @ 5:14 p.m. Now if you read his rebuttal, he said he just call me, however his rebuttal time was 3 something and his call came into my house at 5:52??? No one has yet returned my call or call me to say I have a bad credit loan. NOW, if I had a loan and they wanted to make the money, then why didn't someone call and tell me INDEED MR. DEMPSEY YOU DID QUALIFY FOR A BAD CREDIT CAR LOAN?????? UWORKUDRIVE DID NOT DO THEIR JOB!!!!My first complaint was true, they DO false advertise and their TV ads and website is misleading to say the least. However, they have WON!!! Congrats!!! Frank!! I will no longer pursue this although anyone reading this PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR A BAD CREDIT LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY FALSE ADVERTISE AND THEIR ADVERTISING IS MISLEADING AND FALSE TO SAY THE LEAST.

I am not sure who Frank is working for, but I have kept every message that Infiniti (UworkUdrive) has called. (I have caller ID and AOL answers my phone). They did not, IN FACT, did not call and say that I had a bad credit car loan. They are just mad because I reported them. They said it took time, a week, I think their ad says within 24 hours. No one, and I repeat NO ONE called to say that I was approved, wouldn't you think that someone would have called to say, Mr. Dempsey I am sorry that you are unhappy, somewhere along the line, their was miscommunication and you indeed DID GET APPROVED. No one ever called to say YOU WERE APPROVED. Only after I started pointing out to them did they say that. Reading the rebuttal is the first time I learned I WAS APPROVED!! Now they are mad because I starting complaining of their false advertisment did they actually start saying I WAS APPROVED. If they were working on it, why then didn't someone call & say that, again only after I started complaining, did someone actually say I was approved, and as I said only after I started complaining. Hey, Frank, if I was approved then give me the name of the company who approved me. I was out-of-town and just got back, didn't see any calls where I WAS APPROVED. Call me, Frank, if you want to discuss!!! You say I haven't called in three days, well NEITHER HAS ANYONE FROM UWORKUDRIVE/INFINITI. If I was approved then why didn't someone call & say, Hey, Mr. Dempsey, please call you have been approved. I still say, you false advertise. I personally called and left a message for Mr. & Mrs. Dempsey a few minutes ago. Dave Grathwohl at Infiniti of Columbus also has attempted to contact them and has left several messages, with no return calls. In order for someone to actually purchase a car and receive a loan they must work with our affiliated dealerships as much as they can, especially by returning our calls and finding out the progress of their auto loan approval. It is a very difficult task of finding a lender who would give a customer a loan, who has not paid anyone who has extended credit to them. Although credit history is not the only determining factor in getting approved for an auto loan. An approval has alot to do with the ability to repay their loan with determining factors such as Income, debt to income ratio's(which this customer did not originally qualify for), job stability, time at residence(Not Stable), loan to value(50% Required), and down payment amounts. This customer has been approved for a loan regardless of his credit history! But has not returned our calls to complete the final steps of the approval, and to pick out a vehicle. He was approved on an auto loan with 50% loan to value plus taxes and tags down. He did not express the patience needed for our representatives to actually work on this loan approval, to get him the best deal possible. He simply began complaining and not cooperating with our representative, and by his own choice has not accepted the approval on his loan, without giving our dealer the benefit of the doubt in doing what they do best, Get People Approved! He wanted an approval ON THE SPOT! Which is basically impossible when your dealing with someone who has so many marks against them to begin with! We DID get the job done, and are PROUD to have a dealership as reliable as Infiniti of Columbus to represent our company in the state of Ohio! We formally appologize to Mr. Dempsey for any miscommunication or misunderstanding we may have had. He may contact me personally to discuss this matter.
