V-Ann trucking ripoff abused & mistreated Newark New Jersey
Hope to be undertandeble my writing skills are not to good in english/I worked for this company for the last 7 years hoping to be my last job in america, it all start
we the mileages drive for days , when i accet the job 7 years ago we accord to to drive a radius of 250 miles at days for rate of$ 120.
my job was goin into supermarkets shoprite and pick up the bale,s trailers that was loaded and drop the emptys . in the last year the owner of the co. got real sick and he,s son start working in he,s position since them he star pressing us for more miles up to the point to have us running 450 to 500 miles a days for the same rate.
It just was for two driver, the rest of the drivers drive less them 250 miles, including the new drivers that only works there for few months.
I findout that this driver was working under somebody else name beacuse he is inlegal emigrant in this contry, but when italk the boss he just din,t care and said that this is the kind of driver he goin to hire from now on, the next day when i came to work he gave me 500 hundre miles to cover, and them when i ask hen if i ill get extra money for that long run he just fired me .
after 7 years i just want to tell you folks out there this truck driving bussiness is getting out hands.i been without a job for two months and things are getting real tide with my bills but there is a eye up there looking all the injustices they will pay, if not here they will pay up there.

i have to say that there is alot of posibilitys for u to gain out of your enjustice . 1 . did u have a contract with the company ? if so u have a great case against the company eg unfair dismissal , also the equality act comes into play . 2 from the sounds of things your not doing the best since u left your job and if in the first point u were to take them to court you may gian from ur lost working days aswell . anyway good luck finding another job best regards
