CALIF.PENAL CODES: 422, & 422.6. CIVIL RIGHT VIOLATIONS: 5TH & 4TH AMEND. U.S. CONSTITUITION. YELLED AT: CALIF.PENAL CODE:415. TOUCHED WITH OUT PROBABLE CAUSE. CALIF.PENAL CODES: 849 & 240. Long Beach California
Was stopped at the Veteran Hospital parking lot. By the veteran hospital police. Yelled at for no reason. By Filipino veteran hospital police. Kept yelling are you a veteran. He had Calif drivers license in his hand. This yelling. Violation: Calif. Penal Code: 415. No probable cause for the stop. Calif. Penal Code: 849. Freedom of movement stopped: By : Castro. Unjustfiably stopped. Narcissistic personality disorder. Sadomasochism. Castro placed handcuffs. Searched car with out a court order search warrant. Violation: 4th Amendment. U.S. Constitution. Asked questions with out reading Miranda Rights. Violation: 5th Amend. Hospital is using: Silence of a enity. Based on time of discovery. Calif. Gov. Codes: 911.23 & 911.64. Its time they prove their innocense: ( 1.) No lie. m. r. i. This measures brain waves. ( 2.) Calif. Evidence Code: 801.70. This is the lie truth serum. ( 3) Calif. Evidence Code: Section: 795. Hypnosis. These three forms of scientific evidence with a drug and urine test. Plus: All three veteran police will volunter verbally and in writting to be filmed for : You Tube. Verbally & in writting. Can we conclude if we dont see them volunteering to be filmed doing the entire three forms of scientific evidence this shows : Reasonable Doubt. Can we conclude this equals: ( Guilt )? Also if there is no where in the employee hand book or union contract to not do any act against public policy at any time this is: A breach of implied contract? Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-3400.
