Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In July 2007 we were contacted by Dan Price (salesperson) and Dylan Bailey ('closer/finance' person) indicating that they had a buyer for an Orlando timeshare on the week that we owned and would we be interested in selling our timeshare. We, as others have reported, went through a similar process of talking with multiple people in the organzation. They then indicated that they would need $1950 as per Florida law, they had to have the timeshare advertised in system similar to MLS in order for the sale to be transacted. According to the advertising agreement, we had 7 days to cancel the agreement, and was contacted by Dan to say that the agreement could not be cancelled as the sale of OUR timeshare was underway.

According to Atty. General Bill McCollum's Orlando Economic Crimes Unit, has an open investigation into the business practices of the company. We were able to recover 1/2 of the $1950. As a result of the investigation, VPN had to install new office procedures that were designed to prevent any misleading or fraudulent represetations by telemarketing sales persons. They implemented a "Verification" system by 3rd party, but where they will get you is they will specifically say they have a buyer for your timeshare in your week, but not SPECIFICALLY YOUR TIMESHARE. Once they have your money, then YOUR timeshare is the one being sold.

I so wish I came across this site. I am continuing efforts to try to recover the other 1/2 of $1950 since we did in fact attempt to cancel the agreement within said timeframes. If you have been misled by this company, please file a complaint with the FL!! IF you wondering whether to give your $$ or not, give it to 'em but be TRUTHFUL with the verifier, and THEN contact the Atty general and tell them you have a recording that they are LYING! The Atty General cannot do anything to these organizations until they have evidence. I also have talked with one of the investigators, and he has verified that there are NO legitimate timeshare resalers out there!!!! BUYER BEWARE!
