My wife was in a "Portable Walker" at this event I thought I was signing some paperwork to stay at the hotel for the weekend, not a Time Share

agreement.I must of been very confused at the presentation. There is no way could we afford a Time Share on our very limited income for each one of us, (Social Security)income. I noticed in Nov. 2016 they had withdrawn ($215.86) from my checking account Three times =($647.04). As of their 01/06/2017 statement. I've spoken to them several times since November 2016 when I noticed they were still withdrawing money and informed them of our situation and requested and asked them to cancel/discharge the agreement. They are still calling us every week. LIKE WHERE IS THEIR MONEY?. Is there any help you might be able to offer me that will enable me to cancel/discharge this entire Time Share agreement.

If I were you I would contact the Attorney General in your state and let them know what has happened to you make sure your situation is known all over the internet. Please do yourself a big favor and contact the Attorney General's office in your state and let them know what's going on. I would also do something regarding your checking account and move all of your money to another checking account that way they cannot have access to your money anymore
