Valentine And Kerbartas lied, misleaded me into make a payment, thrented to garnish wage RIPOFF Lawrence Massachusetts
I was contacted in november of 2004 by A lady fron Valentine and Kerbartas by the name of Sara S, for a dell computer which i was making payment on and I stoped because there was way to many chages on my bill that should not have been there and trying to talk to someone from dell and trying to explain it to them was impossible.
So dell turn it over to Valentine and kerbartas. This lady sara told us that we HAD to make this payment for around $863 within 48 hours or someone would be there in 48 hours to repose it and we would go to court and we would have to pay all the cost. My husbands wages would be attached and he could be arrested.
SO I set up a payment she let me set up a payment for a week later and I told her that i will try to come up with the money two days before the payment was going to be taken out of our check I called her to tell her that I did not have all the money for the payment she said it was to late the payment was already sent to the bank and if it comes back nfs my husband will goto jail.
A few weeks when by and I spoke to another guy about this he told me to make a payment for $2300 and stop the payment and and bounce check would be covered so I did. they call again threating me same thing jail civil suit all that.
I had enough I reported it to the BBB of Ma. They contacted me after the BBB sent them the complaint and told me that I could sent $25 a month, so I sent them $50 they sent it back to me I called and asked them why they sent it back they said that they are not accepting payments from me even though i told them i have it in writting from the BBB. He said they had nothing in writing from them and for me not to call there no more.

i was contact by Valentine and Kerbartas on April 18 2005. Wanting me to make payments to them I told them that I sent $50 to them and they sent it back to me. ANd he told me that Mrs. Scott (the woman i first talked in Nov of 2004) was no longer working there and she only worked there less then a year.
