I just filed a ripoffreport on this site on value-pharm and Phentermine. I just received today bogus pills and have filed for a refund from value-pharm. There is no trust here. They refunded mainly because you made a ruckus. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are awaiting a response from value-pharm aka support-billing etc. There are a few other sites that look like value-pharm but are the same thing. I have seen all over the Internet regarding value-pharm and their friends that customers are not receiving products or receiving fake ones. The delay tactics are used because most credit card companies have a dispute filing date of 60 days. If you file after 60 days, they say too bad. So, the delay's in shipping is a way to make people wait over 60 without them even realizing what is happening. Best to order from US pharmacies.

This is an update to the previous posts. 309.00 dollars was credited to my account this evening. So in my book Value-pharm took care of the situation, and have restored my trust in their company.

This is in response to the person who felt that my complaint was not "clear" enough. Well let me clarify some things. First of all, when I ordered the meds, I would not ever order anything from Pakistan, or any middle eastern country for that matter. Does terrorism ring a bell? I was told they would be coming out of Canada. As far as what meds I ordered that is none of your business, or anyone elses. As far as the refund goes, I was emailed a formal apology on 5/1/07 along with a promise that I would receive a full refund credited back into my account in 5-8 days. I was fine with that. Then on the day I was supposed to receive the refund they sent another email saying that the pills were delivered and I would not be receiving a refund. I contacted customer service, they told me the email was mistakenly sent to me, and once again assured me that I would receive a refund. So I continue emailing them with no response, as well as requesting a valid address, the name of the owner of the company, they refuse to give out any of that information, "it is against company regulations" I had a good laugh at that one. So I hope that clarifies some of your questions. You seem to be quite knowledgable regarding how long it takes to mail refunds from Pakistan, interesting

Your post is unclear. 1- What specific medication did you order? 2- Why did you order it from this mysterious website based in Pakistan? 3- Did you have a prescription for this medication? 4- Was this medication NOT available via normal means (i.e., Walmart or other store pharmacy?) 5- If they "promised a full refund in 5-8 days," don't you think it will take time to receive since it is coming from PAKISTAN??? Waiting two days before you cry "rip off" is insufficient, seeing as how it can take 10+ days after being mailed.
