Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I too have been taken by this company. I placed my original order on June 5, 2007. I paid $314 and received a confirmation email stating I would receive the order within 23 days. I did not receive the pills in the specified timeframe so I called on July 10, 2007.

During this call, they stated that this happens to less than 1% of their customers and suggested there may have been a delay in shipping. They apologized profusely and acted absolutely shocked that I had not received my order. They even went to the extent of having me call my local post office to see if they were holding a package for me! Nothing. She stated she would reship and I could receive in as few as 10 days. The email confirmation this time stated the order had been shipped on July 12, 2007 and I would receive it no later than 23 days. She also stated that I could possibly receive 2 packages. The email confirmation stated: "We believe there was a set back with the original order. You may receive 2 packages, However you are only billed for 1!" - Yeah right!

My next call to them was on July 31, 2007. I had still not received anything so I conceded to the idea that I would not ever receive anything from them. I asked for a refund on this date and spoke to shift leader "Jay Black". He gave me an incredibly hard time to start the process of issuing a credit but obliged in the end. He said it would be a "temporary credit" and that "when" I received the pills, the company would contact me to collect funds. Otherwise, I too would be blacklisted. He sent me the refund form that day (7/31/07) and I sent it back to him with the required information immediately.

On August 2, 2007 I received a confirmation email stating they had received my request for a refund and would be contacting me via email or phone within the next 48 hours. On August 8, 2007 I sent them an email since I had not yet heard from anyone. This email went unanswered.

So today, August 14, 2007 I called and spoke to "Nick". He stated the email refund form must have been lost in email. I told him this could not be true since I had received the confirmation from the company stating they had received my email. He told me to send him the information again and he would call me within 3 hours. I haven't heard from him and am not sure I am. I will be contacting my bank to see what other avenues I can take to recoup my money. This company is a complete scam to keep your money.

Do not do business with them otherwise you too will spend unnecessary time and money trying to rectify the situation.
