Value Point Distribution LLC This company is stealing hard earned money and lieing all the way to the bank. Mill Valley California
Value point stole my money I ordered a hot tub 2500.00 on 5-5-2014 and was told it would be delievered on 7-3-2014 a few days before delivery was due I call to see where the shipment info was. The man on the phone said it would be another 4 weeks. I cancelled my order and recieved an email stating it was cancelled and the a refund would be sent in 20-30 business days. The refund never came when I call now they say that they are having financial difficulty and can not refund my money. I called the order number and they are still taking orders as if they have any intention of fullfilling the order. The company knows the limits credit cards have on reporting and they set the delivery date past the point where the credit card companys will refund the consumer.

I would like the information on how to file a compaint with the FBI and also contact the IRS to see if this company is doing the right thing with there books. I would like to get them and put them out of ripping people off

The same thing happened to me. I felt that my only option wastop report it to the FBI. If you look at the 35 complaints that are posted here. This has been going since at least 2011. These people are crooks.
