Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I got an UNSOLICITED EMAIL from these people.  I wrote them an email about it.  I've posted it below.  I'm not an expert on laws regarding what

constitutes illegal spam, so when I mentioned anything about the law being broken, it

may not have actually been broken.  I made an effort in trying to report it to their ISP though!  It's just bad business etiquette! Hello Chris Del

Grande,

Its nice of you to write me.   I dont consider UNSOLICITED EMAILS spam at

all.   Sure why not just email

everyone.   RIGHT?   And I definitely want to work for a c ompany

that

sends out UNSOLICITED EMAILS.  I guess you guys aren't aware of the

CAN-SPAM Act.  Do you know how many have gone to jail for sending out

spam?  Do you realize that you are breaking the law?  And you don't

know who you just emailed.   You emailed me a commercial email and I could be a CAN-SPAM compliance officer.

It's great that you have begun hiring in MY area.  I have many

questions about your business.

Seems with a simple google search, you're hiring all across the land.  So

you're not just hiring in MY area.

I found 2 complaints about your company.  Here are the links. (((Redacted))) http://www.ripoffreport.com/Credit-Card-Processing-ACH-Companies/MPS-Merchant-Pro What do you have to say about those complaints?  One of the complaints

comes from a customer, and the other one comes from a person who seems

to have worked for you.  Information provided in both complaints match

up with

your companys information. These

complaints weigh very heavy in my mind when

considering working for you.  And what really gets me is that you

haven't even responded to either one in a reply.  The complaint coming

from the guy who seems

to have worked for you, talks about faulty equipment being sent to

clients,

issues with not getting paid, a frustrating system for representatives

to work

with, and poor support either for him or for clients.  The complaint

from

the customer, Steve, who signed up because his friend was working for

your

company, also talks about a payment issue for his friend.  And you have

nothing to say? People who work for you cant even really be called employees since

they are really 1099s or independent contractors.   That leaves you guys plenty of room to really

screw someone over.   I noticed at BBB.org

it says you have 500 EMPLOYEES.   Come on

now.   They are 1099s.   Thats some deceptive information right

there.   Do you guys really withhold

income taxes and pay social security and medicare taxes, and pay unemployment

tax on wages paid to 500 people?   No you

dont.   I think you need to review what

information you have sent to the BBB.

You wouldnt make any money if people had to log time sheets and take

lunch breaks.   How would you even keep track of them?  In fact, I think I should

contact the BBB just to make sure they know whats going on.   If they say its cool then they are the ones

misinforming the public.   Although I may

or may not bother depending on how bored I am.

HAHA!

You no longer do business with Bank of America and work with Wells Fargo

now.  Why is that?  That's actually quite interesting.  Wells

Fargo had a better deal?  Or was the switch because of another reason?   Both complaints mention you working with Bank

of America and now I see in the email that you mentioned Wells Fargo.

You have A TON OF websites registered on the same server, which MOST of them

lead to the same website.  Why would you need so many with the same exact

information?  I see this as an extremely bad sign.  It says that

there is something to hide.  When one site gets a bad name, you can switch

to another name and start advertising immediately so people can't search and

find complaints.  And simply, it allows your business to operate under

many different guises.  Why would anyone need to operate under so many

guises???

Do you really want customers or your independent contractors having to

remember so many sites, rather than just one?  It makes no sense to

promote so many different sites for the same thing.

Sites on the server include:  CARDSERVICEKY.COM

CARDSERVICENATIONWIDE.COM  CSI-EMAIL.COM  FDIS-EMAIL.COM

FDISNATIONWIDE.COM  FIRSTDATANATIONWIDE.COM

MERCHANTSNATIONWIDE.COM  MPS-EMAIL.COM  MPSMERCHANT.COM

MPSNATIONWIDE.COM  TAKINGCARDS.COM  TAKINGCHECKS.COM

TAKINGDEBIT.COM  VALUEDMERCHANTS.COM

I found that CSI-EMAIL.COM as an email address and

CARDSERVICENATIONWIDE.COM  are in replies at ripoffreport.com.  Both

are found here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/Small-Business-Services/Card-Service-Interna/card-service-international-dis-b7wf7.htm And CSI-EMAIL.COM as an email address is found here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/credit-card-processing-companies/retriever-payment-sy/retriever-payment-systems-ripp-xaf27.htm Interestingly enough, both CSI-EMAIL.COM and

CARDSERVICENATIONWIDE.COM were registered by a man named SEAN RUPPEL who is

mentioned in the complaint at complaints.com as the CEO of

www.mpsnationwide.com, which is a redirect to valuedmerchants.com. And even more interestingly, CSI-EMAIL.COM and CARDSERVICENATIONWIDE.COM

are no longer working websites.   What

happened to those sites?   What are the

reasons why these sites no longer operate?

Thats suspicious.   I believe that

what happened to these websites is an indicator to the short survival of the

many other websites you have created.

Close one down if things get crazy right?

Your site tells people "Read about us on the Better Business Bureau

website - (((Redacted)))" and that link doesn't even go to(((Redacted))) because (((Redacted))) isn't a real

link.  But you make it look like it's a real link to make people believe

that there is some real connection between your business and the BBB.

That's the kind of small deception that really does go a long way in

saying your business is untrustworthy.  It's trickery that intends to

deceive.  I have a business myself, cash only, and I wouldn't even think

about tricking people into believing that it's bigger and better or more

official than it really is.

Can anyone even get a BBB.org/MyBusinessNameHere website?!  BBB.org isn't

a social networking site that offers links like that, unlike facebook.com where

you can put in a business name or a persons name. When website viewers click on bbb.org/VALUEDMERCHANTS on

your website, they get redirected to (((Redacted))) That doesnt seem so official

anymore.  The text should just say CLICK HERE instead of making it appear

as a different link. Your business is not BBB accredited anyway.  Whats

there to brag about if you arent committed to the BBB ethical standards of a

transparent business and honesty, and all the other values like trust and

integrity that can be found at (((Redacted))) Anyway, thanks for the very random email Chris.  From

searching on google, and after a long review, there are too many things that

warrant too much suspicion about the business practices going on in Idaho Falls for me to consider being a representative for

your company. Feel free to answer the questions as I will be posting

this email for the world to see, and I will post your reply as well, depending

on if I really want to bother. The

questions being:   Why did you switch banks?   Why do

you have so many different names for the same website?   Is there any merit to Steves complaint or

the complaint from the guy who seems to have worked for you?   Why would you not say anything in response to the complaints?  Why does it say you have 500 employees on

bbb.org when they are really 1099s, which is a very critical difference in how

a business operates?   Why would you have

a deceptive bbb.org link on your website to look more official when that link

doesnt really exist?   Why have

CSI-EMAIL.COM and CARDSERVICENATIONWIDE.COM shut down?   Why did you tell me you were hiring in my

area instead of telling me that youre hiring all across the United States , looking for anybody who will work for

you?  Why did you break the law by sending out commercial SPAM to my email address, which is clearly against the law? What do all these things add up to?   Simply put, your business is shady.   Its obvious your business has undergone

changes with websites and banks, but the question is why?   Maybe its all legit, but thats just

doubtful because you have a ton of website names and have some shady ways of doing business.   No business would promote all those names at

the same time, because an honest business would want customers and people who

work for them to only have to remember one name. You have those complaints that exist with no reply on

your behalf, which really do weigh heavy in the minds of people.   Joe Blow writing a complaint against a

company?   Most likely he really did get

screwed, and probably just wanted to vent about it and let other people

know.   Good for him!   And not saying anything for yourself is

really bad.   Whether you have to admit

wrongdoing or stick up for yourself, at least say something.   But hey it's your business!  Tiger Woods just said something about his

accident.   No details, but he said

something. And the other shady thing is just the way you guys come

off, sending me this random email out of nowhere and having this link on your

website which obviously isnt a real link, and telling me you are hiring in my

area when really youre hiring all across the land.   You dont know who I am.   Youre sending out unsolicited emails which

equals spam.   Are

you aware of the CAN-SPAM Act?  I sure as hell am.  And I might just

look into seeing what I want to do about the commercial email that you

just sent me, depending on how I feel.  Maybe you should think about

who you're emailing before you send out mass emails.  People have gone

to jail for that.  You think I want to work for

a company that sends out spam, basically breaking the law, and has a

deceptive link on their website, and

makes things seem personal by saying youre hiring in my area when

really youre

hiring anyone in the United States ?   The BBB.org 500 employee thing, when they are

really 1099s, maybe thats the only spot that the BBB allows you to announce

how many 1099s you have.   Its still misleading.   It's time to get your act together. From what Ive found, Im going to recommend that no one

ever work for you or be a customer with your company. Im assuming youll have nothing to say, and if your past

with the complaints that Ive already seen holds true today, you wont say much

at all.   Although I do look forward to

your answers.  And please, enlighten me on what made you think you had the right to send me commercial email, that clearly breaks the law? HE SAYS

No Complaints in Last 36 Months

IS THAT A JOKE?  IS THAT FOR REAL?  BECAUSE THIS IS A COMPLAINT THAT HAPPENED IN DECEMBER 2009!!!  GET WITH IT!!!

HE SENT SPAM WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE CAN-SPAM ACT RULE #5!!!!

SEE HERE ----> http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm

LAW BROKEN WOULDN'T YOU SAY?

Just because the bbb.org didn't record it.  Well maybe someone should be giving them a call!

MY PRIVACY WAS STILL THREATENED AND THE FTC.GOV RULE #5 WAS BROKEN

The guy sent out spam WITHOUT notifying me how to not receive any more spam from him, which actually breaks the CAN-SPAM Act.  IT DID NOT MATTER HOW MY EMAIL ADDRESS WAS OBTAINED.

And I did not forget anything!  I haven't forgot about you have I!?!?!  HAHA!!  It doesn't matter how you obtained my emailllllllllllll.  How many times do I have to say it!???  If it's out there, you still have to follow the law and provide a way for people to not receive any more email from you!!!

It clearly states at the FTC.GOV rule #5, http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm, the compliance guide for businesses sending spam...

5. Tell recipients how to opt out of receiving future email from you.

Your message must include a clear and conspicuous explanation of how the recipient can opt out of getting email from you in the future.

He did not include that in the original email, therefore the law was broken.

He says....

You will see this incident is an isolated issue with an individual who obviously forgot that his resume was posted in public space

Why is it so obvious that I forgot anything????  IT DIDN'T MATTER HOW YOU OBTAINED MY EMAIL ADDRESS!!  I was pissed off that you didn't follow the THE LAW.  Simple.  And then on top of that you threatened my privacy by saying...

I will ensure as you say it the world will know of
your true motivations and all about you!

Isolated issue?  I don't think so.  I'm sure he sends out thousands of emails without following the CAN-SPAM Act guidelines.

Also WHO REALLY WANTS TO WORK FOR A COMPANY THAT SENDS OUT SPAM???? And doesn't follow the law.

And by the way folks, it really is spam.  He says it's not spam, but spam is anything that's unsolicited.  Here is the definition --> to send unsolicited electronic mail or text messages simultaneously to a number of e-mail addresses or mobile phones.

Just because he obtained my email address doesn't mean it's all of a sudden okay to come up and start advertising job's in my face without following the CAN-SPAM Act guideline #5.  There are legal ways of sending unsolicited email, SPAM.  The guide tells businesses how.  He just didn't do it the right way or follow the guide.  HE COMPLETELY DISREGARDED THE FTC.GOV COMPLIANCE GUIDE! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE BUSINESS MAN!!!

If you guys have any question just google this guy's name, the first thing that comes up for Chris Del Grande is ripoffreport.com, with not surprisingly, another complaint!  HAHA!

Everything I said and pointed out about the company in the first email is true.  He didn't respond to HALF the things I pointed out.  Do a little research...  You'll see.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY OR BE A CUSTOMER WITH ANY COMPANY THAT CHRIS DEL GRANDE IS ASSOCIATED WITH.

BY THE WAY IT TOOK HIM OVER 5 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT!  THAT'S HOW MUCH THIS GUY CARES!

OVER 5 MONTHS TO RESPOND!!!

OVER 5 MONTHS TO RESPOND!!!

LET ME SAY IT AGAIN!

OVER 5 MONTHS TO RESPOND!!!

*******I THINK HE'S THE ONE FORGETTING SOMETHING!*******

ANYONE WHO CARED ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS WOULD HAVE RESPONDED TO A COMPLAINT MUCH SOONER.  THIS IS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!  If you even want to call it customer service because it's more like a joke.

THREATENED PRIVACY FOR REQUESTING TO NOT RECEIVE SPAM!

#5Author of original report

Wed, December 09, 2009

VALUEDMERCHANTS.COM THREATENED ME!!

THEY THREATENED MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY!!

WOULD THEY THREATEN A CUSTOMER'S PRIVACY AS WELL?  OR MAYBE EVEN AN EMPLOYEE'S?!!?

ALL I DID WAS MAKE A REQUEST TO NOT RECEIVE SPAM FROM THEM!!

Here's the story:

After I sent a request to Chris Del Grande who works at for valuedmerchants.com, to not receive additional spam, he threatened me.

He said that the email that I got wasn't spam because he got it off my resume.  I can get someone's phone number out of a phone book, that doesn't mean I can call them up and spam them.  So then he said that he would be responding to my RipoffReport.com report, which he obviously hasn't, and at the same time he said he would post my resume on here.  That's a very obvious threat to someone's right to privacy.  I told him to do it and that I would sue him and his company if he did.

This guy is a scum bag.  He's a pathetic human being for threatening me.  He threatened me because I simply requested to not receive additional spam from his company.  Do you think you would really want to be a customer at valuedmerchants.com or even an employee?

He probably treats everyone like crap.

Here's a copy of the email I got in response to a request to not receive additional email.  Imagine if you were a customer or an employee!  I'm nobody and this guy is threatening me.  And please don't delete it RipoffReport.com like you did with my first report.

IT'S BEEN EDITED SO THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION.  BUT IT SHOULDN'T BE TOO HARD TO FIND THIS SCUM BAG AND SCUM OF THE EARTH COMPANY IF YOU DO A GOOGLE SEARCH.

HERE'S WHAT HE SAID!

Subject: RE: Positions Available - Reply to Schedule an Interview

I will be responding to your Ripoffreport.com messages shortly with a copy of your initial email response and resume sent to us as a response to our advertisement. I did in fact not send you any spam, but response to that email / resume / ad response.

You should be ashamed of the time and effort you have put into attempting to damage our companies reputation.

I will ensure as you say it the world will know of your true motivations and all about you!

Best of luck to you. You have been removed and will not be emailed again regarding your resume which was submitted here.

WHAT A JOKE THIS GUY IS!  He hasn't responded to any RipoffReport.com report like he said he would.  Obviously he doesn't care.

I'm going to the BBB.org, the Federal Trade Commission, and his company's ISP, and maybe even a lawyer if I'm really bored enough.  The best satisfaction is posting here at RipoffReport.com.  And I thank this website and I thank each and every one of the $1.8 million dollars that this website has spent in trying to protect the people who make these complaints.  ROCK ON!  I love you guys.

Scum of the earth companies and the people who work for them are JOKES!  At the end of the day when no one gives a fug about your situation, RipoffReport.com gives all the satisfaction that you need.

This guy couldn't even spell properly in the email.  The possessive noun of company is company's, not companies.

NO ONE BE A CUSTOMER HERE!

NO ONE BE AN EMPLOYEE FOR THESE JERKS!  You won't be an employee anyway, you'll just be an independent contractor that will get screwed over!

AND EVERYONE WHO HAS GOT SPAM FROM THESE JERKS LIKE ME, POST YOUR COMPLAINT HERE! Report it to FTC.gov.  Report it to BBB.org.  And report it to the company's ISP.
