During a telephone call on monday april 5,2004, they inquired about hospital bills on my credit report. Keep in mind that these bills are payed in full and the hospital is NOT their client. Upon Van Ru inquiring about the hospital records i mentioned they were from almost three years ago when i was the victim of a stabbing. The representitave i was speaking with (Patricia) actually said, "well you probably deserved it." Also during the conversation she said because i am 22 i didn't know anything, and i should just listen to her. It is Van Ru's business practice to treat people with contempt, to continually harass, and degrade them.
