VAPERXS I ordered a free kit for ecigarettes and battery Salt Lake City Utah
i odered on line a free ecigarette kit and extra battery for $15 that i was offered on the interent on Feb. 4, 2014. i paid $15 and a $4.99 handing fee awas charged on my debit card and as of march 27, i have not received. i wish to have my money back
