This is Mrs. Thompson.
 
Our meeting with Mike Cash and the test drive was great Brennon and I picked out the 2008 Lincoln MKX made the down payment was to pick the car up on Monday and then informed on Monday that the car could not be purchased due to defects. I personally was not very happy as there were no other vehicles offered within the price range in which Brennon had been approved for. As we picked a vehicle and then be toldf that we couldn't obtain it due to no issue of ours there should have a least been some efffort to find another vehicle comparable to what we wanted researched for to appease your former customers. Instead we were offered cars that were more than we were wanting to spend and not at all what we were looking for.
 

I cannot understand how in the world a car could be listed for sale and not be sellable. I simply asked that the interior be detailed, the dent fixed and the mirrors which did not move but in one direction be fixed just to be told that the cost of the repairs would be too costly and that the interior could be cleaned but still be dirty. That makes no sense to me. My family has been in the detailing and car repair business for quite some time and to be told that something could not be cleaned is ludicrous. 
 
This is disturbing if this is the best that Varsity Lincoln can do.
