Vartec Telecom ripoff business from hell ripped off Kansas City Missouri
Vartec Telecom rips off its customers. I had a bill for $19.11, The billing department credited me $10.11. It was their error. When I contacted them they said send the bill and a copy of your payment, so I did.
I did this 2 times and still they said there is nothing they can do about it. So they took $9.00 from me and I am suppose to just except that, whatever, I am so mad I could burn the place to the ground.
All I can do is let everyone know not to trust this company ! DO NOT USE 10-10-811 for long distance, or you will eventually get screwed !
