 I received a letter in the mail saying my warranty was expiring and that I needed to respond immediately. I called the number and they began setting up my new coverage plan and said I needed a down payment of 495 dollars and additional 282 over the next 12 months. Not realizing my warranty has not expired yet I agreed and have paid 495 dollars to this company which i do not want a warranty with because i already have an existing warranty. I would like my 495 dollars back because i dont want a warranty with this scam company.
