Every 2-3 months I receive a letter from Vehicle Services Department, stating my 2013 Ford Explorer warranty has expired and that I MUST purchase an extended warranty from this company. I have called several times to request stopping these letters and annoying phone calls. I requested they take my name off their contact list. BUT they continue to harass me with warnings about major repairs that will cost me a lot of money.
Please inform this company that I am not interested in purchasing an extended warranty plan from them, as IZ have Ford Extended Service Plan 5 years or 75,000 miles, purchased from my Ford dealer.

There are several vehicle warranty scams out there - so much so that the FTC has a warning about them. Look up the FTC website, and even Consumer Reports, to see what to do about these mailers. You can file a complaint with the FTC so they can go after the scammers. No one is required to have a vehicle warranty. That alone tells you it is a scam.
Protect yourself. Don't reply to the letter. Don't provide any information. Report them to the FTC and follow the instructions.
