Vehicle Services Department I received a couple of letters about uploading some auto extended warantee. I don't have any business or warantee or contract or anything with this company, Plano Texas
I'm receiving postal mail from this company stating that I have a service contract for an auto warantee for this company. I don't have any extended warantees or any business with these people. I never did b usiness with them and don't know who they are. They're urging me to renew this policy i don't have or my file will be 'deleted'. They're giving a deadline. I don't who these people are or how this file was created. I am concerned someone is messing with my identity with this. I am reluctant to call the number because i don't know if this is some kind of elaborate phishing scheme.
