Vekton Corporation ripoff Re Roofing on our Mothers house Penfield New York

We hired Vekton to do a re roofing of our moms house in 2005.
They stepped through rotten plywood and tar paper, shingled over it,left rooten 2x4's around the chimney, broke floodlights off the back of the house, patched the main roof square vents for a ridge vent, but the patch is not even with the roof, left shingles short on the rake edges of the roof, etc etc etc.
They did come back and repair some of the rot around the chimney, and repaired the hole they shingled over on the main roof. But reinstalled broken ridge vents.They also broke siding when they replaced a small section of wood in the garage. the list goes on and on.
My mother was promised that if she had shingles come off ten years from now that Vekton would be there for her.
Well its 10 months later and she has shingles coming up and they still have repairs to make. Vekton refuse to come back.

I called the BCB to find out if Vekton had ever contacted them.I was told Vekton Corporation faxed a document to them saying all work was completed to our satisfaction months ago!!! Not even close to the truth!!!
