FREE - Very expensive advice!  I'm so amazed that this sales guy has been able to screw so many people over the years. The pitch always sounds so good. So empowering, so self-motivateded...just be friendly! Just take control of your future! We lost so much money to this guy and his band of thieves. Do your research people. The vending business is not EASY. My husband and I are and have been successful at many businesses over the years. Yes we have failed at some but never been near the scale of corruption that this fellow brings to the "vending business" Stay away people!

As we struggled to "get out" of our situation we reached out to several of the areas established vending companies. As soon as we mentioned who we where dealing with, they laughed! and some of the companies where references that the broker gave us!? My stomach was turing because I truly believe that he thinks he is a prince...master of words. and the very people he though he was working with are the very ones doing his reputation the most damage!

Do people like this have wives and families? Do they have real relationships?  Funny as I try to write this advice I'm only thinking that he will point to the advice and say,"see they don't want you in the vending business... because it is so lucrative"! All people in the vending business are filthy rich. We did figure out his scam. Buy a route and try to screw some else after you figure you got screwed. or keep flipping accounts through his "network" of hundreds of successful vendors.  I can only imagine that some day he will make a mistake. and perhaps trip and fall down some stairs!

When there is many people out there sharing the same story about the same broker. is it the new business owner that failed? or were they they set up to fail by the broker and the small group of owner operators?

Old tired machines, companies not overly happy with the previous owner. Makes it hard for anyone to succeed.

My question is ..If one is going to quote a religious speaker, what would that speaker say about lying and scamming innocent people?

Not a very intelligent man either. He admits that his "story" is not the truth. Interesting positioning. We currently working with the locale authorities to proceed with charges. There are others that are involved and that are seeking legal council. We will not let this man do this to other people! We have a list of 15 people that have been ripped off by this person over the many years. I estimate that there are 20-30 more. If you would like to pursue Paul Girodat for ripping you off please respond to this post.

Thank you for responding Paul. You legitimizing our claims!

#4REBUTTAL Owner of company

Without prejudice:

For over fifteen years I have been representing independent owner operators who realize that the only thing they really have to sell is service.

Could the plaintiff look a little closer look at him or herself as to the reason why failure occured?

What role does the owner operator of a vending business play in their ultimate success or failure?

Does excellent service, right variety of products, pricing, quaility of vending machines and total customer satisfaction play a significant role in the prosperity of the owner operator?

Can the plaintiff honestly say that he/she did everything possible to ensure vending success at each location serviced?

Billy Graham was asked once:  "Who on this earth do you have control over?" His answer was: "only myself"

Could it be my fair plaintiff that your failure was of your own orchestration?

"Me thinks thou doest protest too much"

Please conduct yourself accordingly.
