From: Lisa I purchased a "new" scooter on eBay from Juicy Motors (Michigan) in Feb, 2005. Upon assembly, I found that it had a broken throttle cable. I received a replacement part that did not fit the scooter model and had no cables. Had to call again for throttle cable. Discovered that the electrical system is 100% shot among other things: no tail light, fuel line was cracked (and leaking), starter did not work, sand completely plugged the carburator (probably because they found it in a junkyard), pre-used random wiring used throughout scooter, left turn signal defective, no handlebar switches worked (wire tab fell out of handle), horn defective, headlight defective. Opened front cover to inspect the wire harness and all the wires began to fall out of the connectors. Wire harness then fell apart. Scooter's trunk was missing lid rail, so a piece of wire was screwed in to make it work a bit like a trunk. Juicy Motors likely knew what they were selling, as they stopped returning all my phone calls and emails. Piece of junk.
