Hey Fellow Victims. This is a call to action. Do you feel pacified? Well I don't. The time has come to remove all the equipment that has access to our personal data , computers, phones, faxes. THE CRIMINAL ELEMENT IS IN CONTROL. So I doubt this 'report' will ever see the light of day, not only have we been sacrificed for greed; it may well be the real "enemy"!

Hey is there not a war going on? I think every penny going to these mysterious "Phone Companies" could be funding very scary projects. Do the math!

On my two most recent "phone Bills" over $200.00 in BOGUS charges, multiply that by millions monthly and we're talking about real $$. Navicom claims I called ISRAEL on Nov. 26,2004 for 20 min. and is trying to charge me $37.17, One Call Comm claims on Nov.26,2004 I called United Kingdom for 15min. at a charge of $35.70 , Telliss claims I called England on Nov.9,2004 and is trying to collect $35.82.

OPTICOM is claiming I owe them $117.32 for six calling card calls I did make totaling 28 min.(almost $5.00 a min) HOWEVER I USED PACIFIC BELL !! And I know because I had to use my Pac Bell "PIN" to put the call through. I for one am sick of paying the theives , and these people have access to all of our personal identification. This will lead us to a fingerprint/ retina/ voice/ signature ID system, then things get worse.

It is THEM against us. Canada anyone? RIPOFF Report, these are phantom offshore scumbags with access to all of our personal banking information? Osama is laughing all the way to the Dutch Bank where our dollars are turning into EUROS!!!

SBC Verizon Etc as the Culprits of the Ripoffs

Unfortunately I have been allowed to participate in the phone call scams to the tune of $426.65. But says that SBC, Verizon or USBI or any of the others is the actual culprit is WRONG. The culprit is the one who is profiting from the dialer or worm or whatever they infected my computer with to steal from me/us. These companies are unfortunate victims also because their names are the ones out in front of us because of the real culprit who remains hidden in the background enjoying his/her ill gotten gains from the ones who pay them. Personally, all I had to contact were courteous and helpful, all insisted I had made the calls but when I explained I truly had not, they credited my account and SBC who is my phone company helped me to set up so it won't happen again. Now I filed a complaint with several agencies as well as on RipOff...but I still maintain we're mad at the wrong people. So....let's put it here under whatever names we have, file complaints with the FTC, Attorney Generals and let our primary carriers know what we are doing and why. Surely, this will be addressed if enough of us take it to the proper people, I know for a fact that Missouri's Attorney General is very happy to prosecute this type of swindle/scam or crook. Good luck to all of you

SBC is the collection agent for all these scammers.Sue the scammer in small claims court(up to $5,000 in CA) sue for maximum. Get judgment. They won't appear. levy on funds being held on their account by SBC.Then SBC will stop acting as agent for the collection of these bogus charges;OR SBC could be a co-conspirator,aider and abettor in the frausulent scheme since withoutSBC to act as a collector, the scheme wont work.So SBC is an essential part of the fraudulent scheme.Small claims is cheap and service is by mail.OR seek out a class action lawyer(They are all over the place). And SBC as a co-defendant has deep pockets which they keep lined with ill-goten gains from scams like these.
