 I had Verizon for 15 years. I've always been a big fan until the last year. Within the last year, my wife and I are suddenly using all of our data within a short period of time. We even upgraded to their highest plan, 22 GB and we would get notifications of using most of our data with the month not even half over. Most people will offer the same tired suggestions that we should all know by now. I close out apps in the background. I restarted both phones. I checked my data usage in Settings. Verizon, this is legit; I know you're taking our data. How do I know this? Because we switched to AT&T and after several months of new service which includes streaming both music and movies (something I would not do with Verizon because it would instantly drain data) and having to use GPS for an unexpected trip seven hours away, I've never used more than 6 GBs of data. Verizon, quit treating us like we're all idiots, we know how to check data usage and I'm definitely stating over the last year you've been stealing data. It makes no sense how I would browse the internet or check my fantasy sports page and after a week to 10 days my data is nearly gone whereas I'm streaming videos and music regularly with AT&T and it barely moves the needle. The answer to this isn't a lawsuit, the answer is to switch to another cell company and be done with them. I won't even get into the incompetent employees you have to deal with when calling Verizon.
