MY WIFE PAID A $175.00 DEPOSIT FOR A WIRELESS PHONE.

SHE IS HARD OF HEARING AND HAS ALOT OF COMPREHENSIVE PROBLEMS SO WHEN SHE WAS GETTING BILLS THAT WAS SHOWING CREDIT ON HER ACCOUNT THAT SHE DIDNT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING BECAUSE IS WHAT THEY WERE REALY DOING WAS TAKING IT OUT OF HER DEPOSIT AND THEY DIDNT REALIZE THAT THE $175.00 WAS HER DEPOSIT TO GET THE PHONE AND NOT A PAYMENT.

LATER THEY CAUGHT ON THAT IT WAS A DEPOSIT SO THE THIRD MONTH AFTER HAVING THE PHONE AFTER THREE BILLS THAT WERE SHOWING CREDITED, THE THIRD ONE WAS A BIG $230.00 BILL AND THEY TURNED HER PHONE OFF AUTOMATILCALLY. SO SHE WAS PENETALIZED FOR THERE ERROR. SHE WAS PRGNANT AND JUST HAD A BABY WHEN THEY TURNED OFF THE PHONE AND IT IS THE ONLY PHONE THAT WE HAD THEY WOULDNT EVEN WORK WITH US. WE DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY TO MAKE THAT BIG PAYMENT. THEY KEPT CONTACTING US TRYING TO GET THERE MONEY RIGHT AWAY EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS THERE FAULT AND THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH US.THEY KEPT ASKING WHEN WE WERE GOING TO PAY THAT MONEY
