Did you check the cell phone to see what had been downloaded into the phone? You should check the phone's storage to see the text message and any downloaded files. It's possible that this was a scam, but I would suspect that a certain employee very likely visited these websites and requested the ringtones. Perhaps the employee thought they were part of some "free trial" of some sort or for some other reason may have been free, when in reality they were not. Text messages are text messages. Ringtones are AUDIO files that are downloaded into the phone, sometimes separately or as an attachement to a message. I would contact Verizon to have digital file downloading to this company cellphone disabled - that will prevent such things in the future. I have 2 cellphones with Verizon, mine and my wife's phone. My phone has digital access and her phone does not. Good luck.
