I ordered brochures from this company. I was told that my order will be processed in 3 days ( I paid more for rush order) and it will be shipped with FedEx 2 day shipping. I was sure that my order will be on my customer's desk on Friday. What actually happened was: 1) My order was processed in five days.

2) Customer service rep. told me that my package was send on Friday but it only got to FedEx on Monday of the next week (I have the tracking record).

3) When I called and wanted to speak with the owner, one of the managers told me that she is not going to speak with me any more and I should stop calling her girls and hung up on me. I think that it is at least not responsible to behave like that and lie to the customers and I was a loyal customer of this company.

First of all I have owned 2 print companies in my lifetime. I am a print broker now and buy a lot of printing. That said, there are always two sides to any story. I do not know what went down here, but in my opinion the biggest mistake was printing a project with a tight deadline 3 thousand miles away. Especially in the winter time. I have made most of my deadlines in my career, but I have also missed a few too. Things go wrong. Presses break down, power goes down (can't run a press without it), earthquakes happen, storms close airports etc. Fedx does screw up once in while too. I have used Print Firm a lot in the past 3 years. They did miss a deadline once because the press broke down. Print firm in most cases in a gang printer with GREAT prices. They run multiple jobs at once to save us money. The quality is always very good too. But I would not use them on a job that has a "do or die" deadline on it" especially if they were 3000 miles away Gil. It would be like sending my wife to New York from LA when she went into labor with one of our children. That is called "poor judgement on your part". If a job is so important and the world will die if it is not done in time, print it locally. You gave up all your control by sending it 3000 miles away. There is 100 things that can go wrong with any print job. Are there no printers in Mass.? To anyone reading this, here is my opinion. Use Print Firm. They are a legit and good printer. They have always done a good job for me. But make no mistake they will screw up once in a while. All printers do. There is an old saying with these situations in the printing business.
