I'm absolutely livid with this company. For the past week I've been trying to make a transfer. The manager, in the Philippines has been on Vacation, and no one thats left in the office seems to have any authority to do anything. They claim to have 24/7 customer service, but the people available to take calls are simply an answering service with no authorization to do anything. 

I've been speaking with someone in their office. He shamelessly laughed, when my frustrations peaked. This was the most unprofessional exchange I've ever encountered. He couldn't control laughing at my dismay, and he sounded like he was high on Marijuana.

Furthermore, when you initiate a transfer online it says, "Your transaction has been successfully completed!" it also says, "Funds available on: 07-04-2016 (May be available sooner)" Despite these encouraging updates, in fact, the transfer was not even in progress. Their overseas reps needs some serious training, and their online portal needs some serious revamping to accurately show the progress of the transfer, and avoid disappointment.

You're dealing with money here, things should really should be more professional and clear. 

Every day, for 5 days, I've been told the transfer will be completed first thing in the morning, and to not worry. Every day its something new, and a new reason why the transfer wasn't completed.
