Vibrant Threads Cody Emsky Scam on clothing sales Vancouver British Columbia
I purchased a men's jacket via their online store in early September 2017. They immediately charged my credit card (without acknowledgement). I discovered the charge several weeks later and inquired about the charge and shipping date. I was told it was backordered and would be available soon.
Now, after multiple requests for a refund (no jacket has been received), I am told that it is too far into the shipping process to give me a refund, but that of course return it once received for a full refund.
I am now demanding a full refund and Cody Emsky has stopped responding. He brags on Facebook about how much revenue he is generating and that his business is doing well.
Please do not purchase anything from this business.
