I saw them advertise on Facebook, and ordered the jacket that was advertised. I paid 100$ for the jacket with an online debit card purchase. They have responded to my numerous emails over two months with canned, computer-generated responses reagrding delays due to high volume, etc. At one point, the package was reported as "undeliverable" by their website, but according to the USPS, a delivery attempt was never made.
The item finally is being reported ny the USPS tracking system as "being prepared for delivery" somewhere in China. It has been two months and I am still getting the runaround from their customer service department about "looking into my account" and getting back to me, etc.
