Victor Ely or William Ely which is more than likely is not his real name. He runs this ILATP scam pretty well I will admit. He has all the docs and a well designed website to make you think he is legit.
He will talk to you and make you feel comfortable and ike the program is legit. But in reality he is a scammer scumbag loser with no way to make an income but to cheat hardworking business people out of their hard earned money. His mother must be proud.
Rabicon, Inc is his company that takes the $450 payment but that is his company also even though he will say it isn't. They think they got away with their scam but they made a couple of bad and KEY mistakes. This whole organization will get what theyve got coming if its the last thing I do.
