Took my bike in Sept 9th 2011 - for new tires and head gasket replaced.  Was told I would need cams and rocker heads replaced.  I decided to use the mechanical insurance I purchased with the bike.  Frank agreed.

After a few weeks of dealing with the inspector and the situation involved in the head gasket, we were cleared by mid Nov 2011 to get the insurance money to cover the head gaskets.

In Dec 2011 I put 1000.00 down on other parts not covered by insurance, Cams and rocker arms.

I was told in Jan 2012 that the money was spent on shop bills and not on my parts.  However they had a plan to get my money back but it would take another 3 weeks.

I called 3 weeks later, near the end of Jan 2012.  Was told that the mechanic working on my bike is no longer with him.  I asked what I could do to help to assist in getting my bike ready for repair.  He said I could come in and wash the parts for rebuild.
I agreed and came in on my day off to do the work.  I worked in a kerosene pit for 4 hours cleaning my parts.  Then left for the rest of the day.

1 week later I called and asked what the status was on the parts that were ordered and he said, I just got the money from the insurance at the end of last week (he claims he got it on Friday, the insurance said they sent him the approval for the insurance money on that Tuesday)
and ordered the parts and it should be 7 - 10 days to deliver.

10 days later on Feb 9th I went to his shop, asked what the status was.  Without even looking me in the eyes I was advised the parts were still not in.  I asked for the phone number where he ordered the parts.  He asked me, "What are you going to do, check up on me?"  I said yes sir, absolutely.

About 30 seconds of digging through his rolodex of numbers he says, "Oh yea, thanks for the mess you left in my shop last week!"  I asked what it was he was speaking of and he said the kerosene that I left on the floor that he almost slipped and busted his A$$.  I told him, you are going to nitpick with me about that?  I came back there to clean the parts you were already paid to clean......  He then advised me the only reason why he let me back there was because I was crying like a baby about my bike.  I then looked at him and said, "now you are going to call me names".  Let me just get the phone number of the parts dealer.  It was at this time he began telling me to get out of his shop, I dont have time for this, just get the F out of here.  As I walked to the door I told him I needed the number before I leave.  It was at this time he said, "What are you stupid?  I told you I get them locally, find the number yourself".

I picked the bike up on April 3rd, walked in told the owner that I was here to pick the bike up.
He said, "Its not finished" I said I understand that, I just want to close the bill, close the ticket and close this chapter and move on.
He then said, "You understand its in peices right?" I agreed and said Yes I understand.
He shook his head and said, "This doesnt make any sense. You know Ive already been paid for the job, right?"
I said yes, I understand that, but I am not asking about money, I am asking for my bike. I dont care about the payment, keep it - I just want the bike.
He asked what I was going to do, I told him some friends were going to help put it back together.
He then explained, "Whoaaaa. Im not responsibile for anything that happens from there" No kidding, I know that.
Then we explained they owned a shop - they know what they are doing. Again he spouts out another sarcastic "Whoaaa, ok then."
Almost as if he was telling us in silent code, good luck with that choice.
He walks to the back, I roll the uhaul around to the shop door, it takes him about 4 minutes to move all the other bikes stacked up against my engine and parts.
Owner rolls the cart out to me.
On the cart were all the parts I touched in January, with the rags over holes and ports JUST as I had left them in January.
In other words, when I went in to clean the parts myself, that was the last time they were touched and moved.

I guess 4 years later is good enough to finally put a little effort into being a business person...

Its very clear you are also very shameless.

No shame at all.  Frank you know every single bit of this is true. I left out the event of you chasing behind me when I left your store and you getting up in my face as if there was some kind of physical altercation about to take place because I was tired of being lied and decieved by you.

I guess that didnt happen either, my witness and one of my work companions passing on his way to work, also didnt see what he saw, right??

PS - I have every single text you and I ever passed back and forth and if it was important to me, I would take the time to pull them off of my old phone and post them here...  Every single failed promise, BS lie, misdirection, attempt to decieve.  I even called the pineville part dealer to corroborate my story back when you were telling me lies about my parts, prices and them not being in yet.  Thats how I knew you were full of crap and lying to me and which eventually lead to my decision of getting my bike out of your possession. I even spoke one day to one of your ex employees who took his motorcycle to the same shop I took mine after you put your incompetant hands on it... Yes, one of your former employees took one of his motorcycles to ANOTHER shop.  I was also lucky enough to meet 2 other people who were very VERY familiar with the way you work and operate... and another individual who had personally worked on a motorcycle that you had touched...

You play such a cunning and clever victim.

At this point it doesnt matter - several years later.  You are a crook, I am not the only person who has written about you, please do a search on YP.com under your failed business name and you can clearly see years and years of this type of shady business practice.  You know what you did, you live with what you did because you are the one that will eventually have to answer to this type of sinful, belegerant, corrpurt, criminal activity.
