Villa Del Sol - Bonnie Brae Estates ripoff Avon Park Florida
This is a 55plus park with 20% eligible under 55. We have had a home for sale for 1 year. Many have looked, but when contacting the manager, Cheri, they are informed they can ONLY quailfy for a new home if they are under 55! Clearly this sounds like discrimination to me!
