This company is one of the most fraudulent developers ins the timeshare industry. The only thing you can do is cancel your timeshare contract. I recommend you to visit timesharescam.com/blog/198-beware-of-the-villa-group-timeshare/, there is good information about these fraudulent companies.

We bought our timeshare at UVC 6 years ago in Puerto Vallarta. Each year we experience more and more problems and we're to the point of total frustration. When I call to try and resolve an issue we are put on hold for over an hour, and then when I get someone on the line I get transferred to a totally wrong number.
We've talked to many UVC timeshare owners who say that this company is just "smoke & mirrors".
We want out because there is obviously no end to their desire to raise maintenance fees, charge additional fees, make things as difficult as they can and not honor their contract agreements.
Please, include us in the Class-Action Law Suit and let us know how we can help.
