I lived in this complex for a year and paid my rent on time each month. When I left the complex they checked me out said everything was ok and that I would get my deposit in the mail. I never received my deposit back. Village green at Arlington Club stole my money. Not only did they steal my deposit money. they put me in collections for $325 claiming the carpet was dirty. i had a one bed apartment and I paid to get it cleaned before I left. My deposit was $650. That means Village Green at Arlington took $975 of my money to clean the carpets. That is beyond excessive and taking advantage of the people who live at your complex on time. This is how this horrible complex and staff treats its tenants that pay on time each month.

The staff in office is the worst only excuse never solutions. here is horrible. My apartment had lights that didn't work which were never fixed. Why are they charged excessive and unwarrented fees for not doing there job or provide a pathetic excuse for bad service and an dirty complex.

This company never takes responsibility for anything. And on top of it the are full of problems mistakes, lack of attention to detail, incompetence, unprofessional are just a few adjectives that come in to mind when describing Village Green at Arlington Club.

Ask yourself is that what you look for in the community in which you PAY to live.

I have spoken to this former resident in regards to these complaints. It's unfortunate that a person who moved out of our property in 2007 feels that now is the time to attempt to slander our company name. Since these alligations have been made so long after the alleged complaints, it does take time for our company to go through files from 4 years ago. As I stated to this former resident we strive for complete resident satisfaction and I will do everything in my power to make sure that his questions are answered, and if warranted, the refund he is requesting. We are rated amongst Illinois best Property Management companies and have earned the CEL and Associates award for Customer Service Excellence for the last 3 years in a row. Please don't judge our staff and community by the rantings of someone who is angry about a move out which happened 4 years ago and has just now brought it to our attention.
