BEWARE!! This company and this community are a joke!  Since this company has taken over Village Green it has gone from a nice community to a d**n trailer park!  They rent homes, don't sell homes, and the people they move in are less than desireable!  Convicts, child molesters, registered sex offenders, and people with active warrants on them.  The staff in this office is no better than the new residents they move in! If you ever see them, you must be in the office! They never leave the office! They are never out in the community, occassionally you will see one of the service trucks, but most of the time they are parked in the parking lot at the office.  Payments are missing, notices are not delivered, yet residents who are actually on a mortgage, get threatening and harassing phone calls from SETH at Clayton Bank and Trust saying that they have gotten notices from the office.  This is not the case! The office staff does not deliver notices from Clayton Bank and Trust and seldom delivers them for themselves! People that do get notices usually have already made their payments, yet the payments have vanished! Guess that's what you get when you hire people that have "borrowed" money from residents at other complexes!  And if you have a mortgage with this company, be ready to deal with tons of lies and crap from Seth.  This is the most lyingest man I have ever encountered in my life!  Tells you one things, put something completely different in his notes.  Calls you a liar, mistreats people, harassed people ( not the mortgage holder) and just basically is the biggest liar you will ever have to deal with! 

It is sad that no one seems interested in the plight the residents of this community have to endure.  We have often thought if getting the media involved would help the situation, but no one seems to ever responde.  No one can get service yet we pay out the nose for our site rent.  If you have a service issue, you are first asked if you rent or own your home.  If you say own, they say there is nothing that can be done.  If you rent, you would assume, you would get service.  However, this is not the case either! NO ONE cares, they just want their money!  This is apparently from Community management to Regional management, apparently all the way up to the corp. offices, from what I have read here!  Is there not an entity bigger than this company a person can go to for help fighting a company such as this?  If you complain too loudly, you face eviction.  If you make your payments, you face eviction.  Is there nothing we as home owners and residents can do? Are we just forced to live in these conditions? They won't let us move our homes!  So what are we do to?  Living like this I can see how people go postal! 

Some of the conditions we as residents are forced to endure, because of lack of service and management are:  Flooding, raw sewage, threats from management and service, no accessible garbage container for over flow trash (which was previously provided), trees, limbs and leaves piled everywhere, children harassed, exessive speeding and children being put in danger, office hours that could rival a bankers hours!  Sometimes only open till 3 or not open at all!  And so on.  What a company for someone to look into! If a lawyer were intersted, there is a class action lawsuit in this community! 

So, please BEWARE is you are looking at VILLAGE GREEN or PONDEROSA PINES, in Ooltewah, TN, both of these communities are owned by this company, and have the same staff.  If you like trouble, confrontation, and not knowing if you will have a home from one month to the next, move it! If you like peace and quiet, comfortable living, and security, LOOK ELSE WHERE!  And please stay away from CLAYTON BANK AND TRUST for your mortgage needs.  If the rest of the staff is anything like SETH, you are in for a fun ride!
