Village West Apartments kept my security deposit with no explination. sent me to collections with no notification Killeen, Texas
This apartment never returned my security deposit or gave me a written explination why. I began getting calls from a collection agency regarding a reletting fee and back rent. I was unaware I owed. I was told when I left they would contact me regaring any charges. I contacted them today and offered to negotiate paying them. They told me to only deal with the collector. The collector refuses to talk to me about my security deposit. The collector wants more than what the apartment said I owe.
