Vince and Fidez Caso are landlords that break the laws assisted by Lawyer Thomas Hogan. Defective proof of services, taking court dates from tenants mail box so they miss court dates. Violate federal and state laws to benefit themselves. Because of them we lost our dog of five years, became homeless, lied, forged documentschild had to be held back for missing school all because housing wouldnt let them raise the rent so they took self help to get tenant out.
