Scammers/ Liars/ ConArtists...
They promise to deliver a 'VIN Check Report' similar to 'CARFAX' but much cheaper & in Minutes.
Here are the facts:
They took our money and failed to deliver anything in minutes as they promise. 2 hours later, they sent a useless email.
When we complained to PAYPAL, they lied by saying we got their report in minutes.
They hide behind 'Domains By Proxy', so any information about them is secret and untraceable.
