So far this company has charged me 3 times for shipments I have never received. Thats close to $400 dollars worth of wine and shipping costs that my bank unfortunately will not refuses to refund me (provisionally) until I get the matter resolved. I contacted the company in May (this year) and informed them of my change in address. However my shipment/packages were not only never received; I was not refunded based on the fact that according to their policy they cannot ship to my state. What really angers me is that I have a signed and dated newsletter letter fromt he company including my member acct # on it dated June 26th, 2009 sent to my NEW mailing address right there on the letterhead! So if they physically have my current mailing address in their account (obviously) why did they charge me $124.97 on both July 28th and now on August 8th (same amt both times) I checked with my bank and verified these charges. so 1) the company is cognitive of my new mailing address (which they will not ship to) and yet they 2) erroneously charge my credit card 2x AFTER learning of my change of address. 3) There is NO way I can recieve this merchandise, and I will now have to fight them to prove that they new I moved. These folks are rip off artists and please do yourself a favor : Even if you DO happen to live in a state where they ship wine (NH for instance where I moved from) or don't (NY where I now live as of May) the problems, frustrations and administrative runarounds with this company known also by other aliases (such as American Cellars btw) are NOT worth the hassle.

We at Vinesse reached out to the customer to remedy this concern.  We spoke with the customer and were able to resolve the shipping address issue, as well as the shipments that were returned to the warehouse.  On 8/12/2009 the customer was issued credits for the two shipments and the customer is still an active member of the wine club.  The customer stated that she appreciated the help and was glad that all was updated and corrected.  We regret the confusion and mistake and are happy to have the opportunity to make it right.
