Per telephone conversation with Ms. Bernina Jones, VIP Card Services, i was informed to fax VIP Card Services, Reference my order #5678807.
After finishing this action, a refund would be applied to my checking account number.
For everyones information; if the information is correct VIP Card Services has a CEO, Jay Thomas, 2545 East Sunrise Blvd, Ft Lauderdale, Florida, 33304.
Hope this does somebody some good.
