VIP LOAN SHOP VIP Loan Shop also screwed me out of money. I did not even realize that they put money into my account. They kept taking money out of my bank account every two weeks after they deposited the money I was suppose to have asked for. Cincinnati Ohio
I also was screwed by VIP Loan Shop. I did not realize they put money into my account either because I was getting direct deposit from my job. I did not even speak to a customer service rep saying that I was even approved for a loan. I was online trying to find out information on getting a loan. I realized that VIP went into my account because I received a bonus from my job, and then I found out that they took out two amounts of $120 at one time. I did not even know how to get in contact with them because I had no idea who they were. When I found out and I realized that I spent their money.
I called them to tell them to take out the full amount. They never did. They just kept on taking money out of my account every two weeks saying I owed them finance charges. I had to stop my direct deposit because they kept on taking my check. I paid my bank to stop payment on them. I owe my bank to this day over $300 in overdraft fees from them. They deposited $400. by the time I closed my account they took out almost triple that amount. I Called them to ask them why they keep taking money out of my account even after I paid them and they said I was only paying finance charges and certain fees.
I told them that I never really gave them permission nor did I agree to their terms so why did they deposit the money anyway without letting me know. They said I was at fault , and I should learn how to read. I told them that I felt they were paid in full so not to call me anymore. They said that this would effect my credit, and they did not care what I said. I now get phone calls from them saying that they are going to take me to court, and I will go to jail if I did not pay them. They call me at least twice a week. They also said they were watching my house and waiting for the sherriff to serve me papers for court.

First, as a consumer please be aware fraudulent collections calls, where the "collector" is being abusive, making threats of criminal charges, or any other scare tactics.
