Our initial contract was for $8100.  On the day of the move I was informed that because of insurance requirements they were required to re pack our items ... Even though we already packed them. They explained that the additional funds were for packing and unpacking, and when I asked the movers to stop loading the truck, I was informed that I would still be required to pay the entire amount due to lack of a 24 hr notice.  The movers tagged our home items with red stickers and the green stickers went into storage. I stood outside during the entire loading. That evening after everything was packed I was told to sign a consent form from another company. I contacted Viper Moving and Storage and no one was available.  In the morning I was assured that Viper had only leased the truck and that I was still dealing with the same company.  We left the following morning to be able to receive the goods (Sunday evening and Monday), the driver called on Saturday to tell us they were delivering our goods Sunday morning.  My son was able to meet the driver to accept the load. What was not discussed at ANYTIME was that the driver refused to make the second delivery which is clearly stated in our contract. When I discussed this this with Viper-they were unhelpful and disrespectful.   When I asked how was I supposed to get my items tagged as Red (going to the house.) they stated that the second delivery was optional (which it is not).   My son rented a U-haul to transport our belongings from the storage yard to the house. When I asked Viper to help him move it from the U-haul to the house, I was informed that putting the household goods into the U-haul was considered the second stop and considered your part of the contract complete. I was never informed about the "shuttle"services" identified in the contract.  We thought we were dealing with a professional moving company .. We were not informed that they hired day workers from "Craig's List" to unpack our belongings.  The driver had the workers unpack all of the household goods at the storage site. It started raining. While my son paid two of your workers to help him in the U-haul your driver continued to offload and set our belongings regardless of the green and red stickers at the storage facility.  There was not enough room in the unit so he started putting them outside in the rain.  The storage facility manager came out and opened two more unoccupied units to stop him from leaving them outside. The driver uncrated, unwrapped " all of our belongings- he took all of his blankets which left our washer, dryer, refrigerator and most of all our TVs outside. As soon as my son returned from dropping off a load. Your driver left.  He did not pay all of the workers. My son called and Viper agreed to reimburse HIM for the U-haul and the money your driver did not pay the workers.  When we arrive here Sunday morning we spent the next two days just trying to get SOME of our belongings in the house.  All of the remaining items are still mixed up.  It is now snowing here and I have yet to go over to the storage unit.   Many items are broken
