Virgin Gaming A very sly way of stealing your money. Quick to take, never to give it back. No customer service , Internet
A scam! I tried to withdraw 43$ that I won on Virgin Gaming. I went through the withdraw process, and I simply informed them that me and my fianc share the same PayPal account, and they told me that someone from there finance department would contact me shortly. It has been a week and I have not heard anything. Every time I ask what is going on I just get an automated response that has nothing to do with my topic. I will never see the money I earned. I have put about 200$ on this site in the last year, they are quick to take your money, but will be never give it back.
Then today (a week later) I received an email saying 5$ has been added to my account, please note that you can't withdraw anything less then 20$!! I made two withdrawals, one for 20$, and one for 23$. So I went to my Paypal account, and there was no money added! There doing nothing for me, it is outrageous. So total I've lost over 200$ in the last year. Let alone very stressful and time consuming.
I hope someone can help here considering how huge a company Virgin is, and they make 12% on each game played. It is bullshit to be honest, I'm pissed off. Avoid playing on this site, it is all fun and games until you win, and earn money and you do not get it. Very upset.
