Hi my name is Kevin, i am writing this report because of my issues that i have in counter with Virgin Gaming online money for games such as NBA2K13. There is a tournament going on right now, in its final tournament called the Dynasty Tournament for a $100,000. There is three more tournaments to that, called Downtown, Crossover, and Posterize tournament. Each tournament runs for four days, there both for XBOX, and PS3.

Four tournaments each, for each console same names. Xamount of users are allowed to join tournaments and play games when the tournaments has started, to get as much as points by wining games. There is a leaderboard for each tournament that allows us to see who is 1-16, because only the top 16 people in a tournament will qualify for a 16 man bracket tournament, single elimination will battle it out until there is one winner of that specify tournament.

A winner of a specify tournament must wait until all the tournament are finish and there is a determine winner. There will then be four winners for each tournament playing in a semi finals tournament, where now there is 2 gammers left from each console PS3, and XBOX headed to Houston, Texas to the all star game to play head to head for $100,000. My conflict that i have with Virgin Gaming is that in the Posterize tournament, i played fair and square by versing my opponents to the fullest and completing my games.

I am number 5 with 173 points on the leaderboard currently, and i have not qualified for the 16 man bracket quarter final tournament. I sent Virgin Gaming proof and evidence that i have played all my games, and showed them there mistakes but nothing has been done. I keep sending them e-mails regarding this issue and they continue to leave me with blank responses not answering my questions. It has been a week the winner for the Posterize tournament has already been chosen, and it is quiet acknowledge by the online gaming community for NBA2K13 that i have made it but been robbed my spot.

Virgin Gaming representative constantly don't give there customer's, customer satisfaction they dont reply to our issues, and when we send them messages to why there are not they threaten to ban us for hrs. This is really unfair to everyone, and everyone dealing with this issue presently, and has had to deal with it in the future. Something must be done, what kind of online money gaming site does not have a contact number? I have been robbed my spot of this tournament witch i am very confident that i would have won, and i want it to be resolved in a professional way. I have alot of proof and evidence that i will provide the community with, regarding this issue.
