Virgin Moble USA VirginMoble a Sprint Company. Prepaid service. I paid my monthly bill on time and Virgin Mobleshutoffmyphone and said they never got my payment..2 days ago. Also if they ping your account they will keep the 1.00 they take. The messages get dropped Internet
This company might keep your monthly payment as they did me and shut off my phone after 4 years. Also many, many dropped messages. Very sorry customer service. If they are cheaper than other prepaid cell carriers, now you know why. By the way. They used to keep a dollar every timethey pinged my account. Ripp-off company owned by Sprint.
