Took my money and will not refund.

My account was on auto pay but I filled up the account with over 100 dollars almost 200, and I asked if I could top-up out of my account balance because I only used the phone in my car for emergences. I found I was not using as many minutes and they said yes. After the third time using this pay method Virgin Moble said they could no longer to that and I would have to keep giving them more money. Really!!! I still have $74.10 in my account and they want more money. So I said no cancel my account and please refund my money. They will not refund the money. I guess this is just Virgin Mobles way of telling me HA Ha we got your money and your not getting it back and we don't care if you cancel.

After a long time and giving up on Virgin Mobile they called me and offered me a deal, no refund though, but a years worth of phone use to make up for their rude behavior.

The gental man that I talked to was very nice and I informed him at just how rude the customer service departmetn treatd me. I suggested that the FIRE the whole customer service departyment. As I had talked to many of there employees and they were all rude, I was careful and never raised my voice or used bad languge but was still hung up on when ever I ased to please may i talk to a supervisor.

Hopefull I will never have trouble with Virgin Mobile again.
