My friend referred me to work here in Virtual hub Company. The work was so amazing and relaxing as well. I have been working for almost a month that I haven’t received my salary yet. So, I asked our CEO/Manager when was our salary for the batch 5&6. 3 times I asked her about the salary but she has no reply. I’m just being silent about that. I don’t have any concerns or let’s just say negative comment about the work. I really like the work but you can encounter the sleepless night because the work starts at 8:00 pm to 7:00 am in the morning.

Suddenly, the issues came out that she didn’t paid yet the remaining balance of the previous agents. So everyone is doing actions like we’re going to NBI, DOLE even MEDIA. We’re asking and looking for justice for those scammed agents who are victims by our CEO. She always doing stupid alibis and dramas like due to bank clearing, the client is not sending the remaining balance, the payout will moved again in 5-10days, my son is not feeling well we need to send him to the hospital and etc. We posted their photos of one of the known groups in face book, many people react about what they doing that they duped a lot of people in Cebu City and Dumaguete City the place where the couple staying right now.

 I asked one of our TM (team Leader) about, who is the client of this company? I have no idea that Thad Sipple is our client. And now, I wrote this report to help him clarify his name that he is a good client to everyone. He is paying us but we haven’t received it because our CEO is the one holding the money which is supposed to be our salary for the first cut-off.

Thad M Sipple Never Paid on time

I dont know about the others as to when they got paid but i would say both parties need to communicate.if only Thad M Sipple would just communicate with the one who first started this Campaign in the Philippines, everyone would at least have peace of mind. We were paid for 2 cut-offs. In full amount of the hours that we worked for. Mae Caparida and her husband as i know didnt even follow the total hours show on the dialer's records so that we will be paid a higher pay although Thad M Sipple strictly follows what is being recorded as total hours on admin access on the dialer hours logged. I know this because we saw how little our total hours were when in fact we worked more than the total hours on the record. There were a few not paid perhaps but most of us were paid even earlier than payout date, twice. Thad M Sipple never really paid Mae and his husband on time. Although before this campaign started, they agreed that Thad M Sipple will send payment every Monday however that was not done since the first payment he sent to the couple. We started working April 6 and he sent just initial payment on April 19, 2015 which even if you'll double check the calendar, that's way behind his promised date of weekly payout so the couple could still gather the amount and pay the first team of virtual workers. Yet the couple just trusted him.Waited for his promised dates to send it staggard basis because according to the Client, he has bank limits. Until, we know that sometimes, the client would just send an amount from $150-250 and it's not even everyday. And from what I understood, the Client even told Mae to just pay the agents some small amount because Thad Sipple cant send all the total amount in a weekly basis. The couple then started to question the Client when one time, Mae wanted to let the agents stop working for a few days and Thad Sipple that if the whole team won't work, he wont be able to send any money to pay us. I also saw this via skype. The Client really told the couple this which made the couple worry and had a bad feeling of Thad Sipple yet they didnt complain because they really thought Thad Sipple would keep his promise of paying everyday which never happened anymore that was sometime on May. That was also when issues started to come up.
