This company is a scam. They do not fund! Consumers BEWARE. They changes various clients $12 and issued commitment letters and closing docs.They have lied about sending docs, they have lied about funding loans, they just lie!
They ignore you if you ask too many questions regarding their business practice. There is only 1 person working at the company. NO ONE ELSE!
Do not be fooled by doing business with this group. They are not recommended, AT ALL!
The FTC and other lending agencies are investigating this firm and are watching them VERY closely. A Class Action Suit is also being prepared by various clients that they have stole money from.

I was one of the people who paid $6,600 to Burt Cummings at Viscount Castlerosse back in October 2010. After 4 months went by they kept promising me my $9 million loan was approved and would close.
Then they sent me a 3 page closing document that had so many errors I knew that I was being scammed, and would never see my money again. I went along for several months to see how they would stretch out the con game. I knew that requesting my money would never happen, so the best way to get him was to file a report with the FBI in Cleveland, which I did back in April 2011. They are finally investigating this company, and hopefully they will track them down.
Unfortunately, the e-mails all bounce now, and their phone is disconnected. Burt must have left for Tahiti and is on the beach drinking Pina Coladas until the FBI picks up his sorry a*s.
The FBI claims that there is a paper trail that is long enough to track down that SOB, so I truly hope they find that black b*****d. He's a greedy SOB, so I'm sure he will turn up again doing the same scam maybe as Bruce Springsteen this time.
If anyone ever comes across that worthless piece of sh*t, I would give anything to find him. Please contact me if you have any information on that scumbag. He needs to be someone's butt buddy in the Ohio prison system.
