I used to work for this company and would not do it again.
- Customers: they work VERY quickly, perhaps sometimes without obtaining all permits. Whoops. Apparently happened to some clients I spoke with, and they were not happy, as they could not have the panels turned on without the proper permitting. Apparently one of my clients was even charged $1000/day by the city because of this. Hopefully he was reimbursed. - Salesmen: check your employment contract. You are only paid your commissions if you're still working at the company when the commissions are paid out. Of course it can take months for the work to be done, so if you ever leave the company, for whatever reason, you'll be missing out on a few months of commission. Whoops.
